Euphemia used to be a message runner before she Impressed Summoner's Saviour Green Zezkiath from Elaruth and Bijedth's clutch of Turn 36.
Where she lived before the Weyr, nobody knows. All that's really known about her is that she seems to count Katriona and J'ayn among her friends (not that it seems she really has friends).
She has a green firelizard named Star.

It's her waist that looks small, compared to the flare of her sturdy hips and the generous curves of her chest. There's a roundness to her oval-shaped face that helps her slim nose seem not so sharp, her mouth wide and oft slightly turned down at its corners. Slim, pale brows arch over ocean-blue eyes that hold a certain spark of not so much good humour, but self-possession. Her hair is prone to loose, natural waves and falls to just beneath her shoulders, golden blonde, though somewhat straw-like, some strands paled to almost white.
Her clothes are basic and often in pale shades, her tunics and shirts usually white, with trousers and mid-length skirts of natural colours, though she often favours light dresses and sandals.
