Reesa
Description
Pretty and perky, blonde-haired and blue-eyed, Reesa is your typical product of an Istan upbringing. She maintains a steady tan throughout the Turn and appears to take great pains to look after her appearance - rarely seen in public with a hair astray. Whatever muscle she might've put on in her weyrling period seems long faded if it ever existed: she's stick thin, petite creature at best. At 5'6" she's just a shade under average height, though in her late teens, she may still have some growing to do.
Often sporting the latest fashions, Reesa tends to prefer light sunny dresses and sandals, though in the winter months she concedes to wearing a thick fur jacket over the top of it all. She wears no knot or identifying marks on her clothing.
WYSK
Though she doesn't often talk about her life before Impressing Khiabeth, it's probably not hard to guess Reesa was Weyrbred, and that she's had some training as a harper. She arrived at Fort Weyr in Turn 30, doing some odd jobs here and there, though probably went unnoticed by most. She vanished from the Weyr a few months later.
In month 3, Turn 31 Reesa arrived arrived at the Weyr with green Khiabeth. It soon came out that she had Impressed one of Isyath and Adiulth's stolen eggs, though she refuses to talk about her time before arriving at the Weyr. She and Khiabeth have settled into life in Hematite Wing, and also spend some time helping out with the weyrling clutches.
Shortly before the news broke that Weyrleader N'muir was a former renegade, Reesa transferred into the fractured Jasper Wing. Whether this was some sort of advance knowledge (after all, isn't she a former renegade, too?) or some strategic move is yet to be known.
She and E'ten took some time off in month 4, Turn 34 - supposedly spending time exploring in the Southern continent. After their return in month 5, Reesa continued her habit of spending very little of her free time at the Weyr. As it turned out, she was eventually unable to hide the fact that she was pregnant, and Resten was born in month 3 of Turn 35, the name unmistakably identifying the boy as E'ten's.
Relationships
- Serah, N'rad and S'fin - She considers these three her true clutchmates, and the bond and affection she has for them is obvious. She was devastated when S'fin went between on Month 5, Turn 31.
- E'ten - Rumor has it she and the Hematite Wingsecond have been seeing each other for a while, which has caused some accusations of favoritism here and there while she flew with Hematite.
