The brown pair seemed happy to take a back seat again this month. While Kazavoth seemed interested in the competitive elements of this month's wing activities, D'kan's attention seemed largely directed elsewhere. One of the highlights included watching Z'ian and Vienne negotiate some tithing issues, but a weyrling's reach only goes so far, and D'kan kept his thoughts to himself. Miraculously, so did Kaz.

Telavi had been keeping track of who said what about Quielle, and shortly after N'gan was finally kicked back into the barracks for his part in things, Quinlys caught Tela getting on J'madri's case about it... which led to a talk in the weyrlingmasters' office. Since then, the chaos surrounding revelations about Ysavaeth's and others' subterfuge has been derailing in its own way, but it's early days yet.
