Ellerey's the eldest of three children by Ellize and Jorey, her immediate family one of many in the Rothley Trader caravan that calls Southern Boll 'home,' the Traders traveling in a long loop into both High Reaches and Fortian territories. She grew up independent, with a firm sense of ethics that her Healer grandmother instilled in her, the young woman capable of organization, handling animals, and showing a natural ability with leadership. It was only after accidentally breaking her leg in Turn 39 and having to be left behind at the Weyr to heal fully that Elle was Searched at the very last moment before she left by Ahtzudaeth, the Trader surprised and aghast when her green Virisceth ran her down as her choice of lifemate. Life after that time has always been at least somewhat 'difficult' for the woman, even after the pair Graduated (some sevendays later than their clutchmates) and were assigned to Boreal Wing. Ellerey is a strong, independent, firm presence who balances work and fun well, though she is often silent or evasive about her green lifemate.
Description
Tall and slender, though carrying wiry muscles subtly on her frame, this fair-skinned young woman is a mix of harder lines and understated curves, both in body and mind. An extended, broad oval face that might have easily been home to 'pretty' features is given both character and a different sort of beauty with the addition of a strong jawline and firm chin, her somewhat smaller lips capable of surprising smiles and equally as formidable frowns. Almond-shaped, vaguely closer-set brown eyes seem to smoulder at times beneath slender, arching brows, and her thin, aristocratic nose adds some elegance to broader cheeks that border it. Heavily-waved masses of thick, brunette hair sometimes conceal smaller ears, and often fall unchecked around her face, and down to upper shoulder blades. A longer, somewhat slender neck trails into defined shoulders and long arms with defined hands, her small-breasted torso gently curving out to lithe hips and long legs that sport slender feet. She's most often found wearing well-fitting work garb: dark-colored trousers and short-sleeved shirts in lighter shades, her dark leather boots worn-in, though still servicable, her pants settled just below navel and their dark-brown belt buckled by a small, dull-silver rectangle.
