C'wlin

Description

Not yet a man, not still a child: caught in-between and unfinished if certainly not awkward stands Ceawlin. Blonde hair overlooks a strong countenace: hard line of jaw, high line of brow, knife-cut of nose. Surprisingly tanned for the fairness of hair, for the cold gleam of blue eyes; there is an unwanted delicacy to the soft curve of his ears and lip. He stands not with the lanky awkwardness of some boys his age, but with the lean-muscled, loose-jointed stance of one who still has yet to grow... in more than one direction. Clothing tends to be clean, pressed and on the well-dressed side with tailored jerkins, perfectly fitted trousers, in dark-to-neutral colors.

Native to Crom, the eldest son of a Cromese cotholder.

Three brothers, one sister, all younger. Hes the first and only child to be sent into a craft, chosen as early as the Harper craft would accept him as an apprentice.

Ceawlin thrived at the Harper Hall, though his skills are not easily penned down in terms of excellence: being good at a little bit of diplomacy, a little bit of literacy and lettering, some skill in stringed instruments he appears, at first glance, to be a jack of all trades and master of none.

Ostensibly, hes sent to HRW on behalf of the Hall to aid in whatever record keeping and entertainment needs they require.

Recently, he requested to Stand for High Reaches' latest double clutch: Gold Hraedhyth x Brown Szadath / Gold Iesaryth x Brown Arekoth.

MOST Importantly: Ceawlin is not always the nicest of Characters. This is all IC; OOCly, I'm a total marshmallow! Let me know if it becomes too much and I will happily adjust.

History

What's known about Ceawlin and his background could fill a thimble. Other than being born in Crom, apprenticed to the Harper Hall and the presence of younger siblings, not much else is known.

Relationships

K'del - The man's weird, but also tends to be the underdog. Could be my Hall's dog in this fight.
Brieli - I understand this woman, I think. Even playing two sides as I am supposed to, I think I'd play her hand.
Kaeden - Something easy about this 'dockworker'; easy to get to know, easy to be around.
Xhaeon - That fucker. Fuck him and his fancy knot, which can be shoved up where the sun don't shine.
Wakizian - Dude's kind of strange. With his woman get up and all.
Alida - She's either obnoxiously silent or obnoxiously vocal. Or so I've heard.
Tiziano - I think that kid's on something.
Nicky - Boy needs some help. That kind of innocence couldn't have come from this weyr.
Madilla - I like her.
Linae - Harmless.
Ainslee - OBNOXIOUS.
