Oh boy.
The pair of young queens laid a collective clutch of twenty-four eggs upon High Reaches' sands just before the end of Turn 30. Sometime later, Brieli announced herself Acting Weyrwoman, with Taikrin as her Acting Weyrleader (never mind that Taikrin's Szadath had caught Hraedhyth and not Iesaryth)... and some time after that former Weyrleader K'del accused H'kon, the other brownrider involved, of being involved in Iolene's murder. Publicly.
It's no wonder it was a relief when, on the first day of the fourth month, Turn 31, those eggs hatched into three bronzes, five browns, seven blues and nine greens.
