Description
A tangle of dark brown hair tumbles wildly over her thin shoulders, framing a full, round face.
Farideh is short, at five feet and five inches, with a skinny body that boasts little muscle tone. Her complexion is sun-tanned, burnished by time spent in the open and marked with faint freckles across her high cheekbones. Her full cheeks are often flushed; her arched brows full of animation. Large hazel eyes - a mingling of cocoa and verdant green - dominate her face, set wide apart and thickly lashed. However, her small, berry-stained lips are what draw the eye, whether they are pulled back to reveal teeth in a smile or twisted in a frown.
Simple, used clothing comprises her ensemble. A worn, yet serviceable, blouse with a high collar swallows her torso in its billowy folds; delicate fabric trims the collar, in the mandarin style, showing off splashes of cobalt, maroon, and chocolate. Just as worn, slightly less practical, pants fit her trim lower half: camel-colored linen that has been tailored to mold to her slim legs. On her feet, she wears brown boots with a myriad of cracks and split threads.

History
Big Bay Hold is the place Farideh calls home. Every little facet about the place: the climate, the people, the clothing are all things she adores. Loyalty to home is bred deep into her, extending far beyond the typical familial bond. She was raised by a pair of holders, Korek and Anatolia; her father being the younger brother of Big Bay's Holder, Pavrol. They lived in the Hold proper, much to her uncle's enjoyment. Both brothers worked to run the Hold, picking up where each lacked to sort out the tough spots. It left Farideh and her older sister, along with their mother, to kick around however they pleased. Pavrol never married, nor bore any illegitimate children, so the burden to carry on their family legacy was always shouldered onto the younger brother. Somewhere, some distant cousin's son would be named heir if that safety net failed.
Korek's daughters thrived with the notion that their lives were their own, that they wouldn't be expected to uphold their family's duty by acting Holder. Their mother had other plans, as mothers often do. She was a distant relation to some Blood - very distant - but it always chafed that she had earned the right, just not the title. It suited her to believe her girls, as beautiful as they were, would one day land themselves fancy Lords that she could call family. Teoma was the obedient daughter, rapt in her lessons and always following whatever direction her mother passed down. Farideh was the willful one, unwilling to listen or follow orders, always questioning the way things were. Her mother despaired that she would ever find her a match.
They blossomed into young women and, soon enough, Anatolia's dreams came to fruition. In a surreptitious meeting, Sea Cliff's heir and Teoma met, fell madly in love, and became betrothed not many months later; that's how Antolia saw it anyway. Farideh was incensed! Who were they kidding?! Mishal was a playboy and everyone within Igen's territory knew it; his affairs were legendary. She exerted efforts over the next turn to try and break the couple up, to no avail. A glamorous marriage at Sea Cliff Hold sealed the deal. It was frustrating to Farideh, who thought her sister would never be happy with such a man but her futile efforts only earned her sister's ire. Afterwards, Teoma refused to speak to Farideh, and left it up to their mother to relay any news.
That left Farideh to their mother's schemes. To no one's surprise - save her family's - Farideh packed up her belongings and headed out not long after the ceremony. Her mother tried to plead with her, her father was stricken, but what were they going to do when she left, without a word, and headed off with some bluerider in the middle of the night?
Relationships
Korek: Father. My rock. I'll miss you, but you know I had to do this.
Anatolia: Mother. Disappointed. You can't keep pushing us. We aren't fragile china dolls, but we'll break at some point.
Teoma: Sister. Confidante. Best friend. I know you hate me right now, but I only want you to be happy.
Mishal: Brother-in-law. Idiot. Don't screw this up. You get one chance. Be a good husband and a good dad. Try, for once.
K'del: Weyrleader. Big stupid blonde guy. You're dumb. I hope you get yours.
K'zin: Cute guy. Big stupid brunette guy. You're cute. But you're also dumb.
Klohi: Potential friend. I like you. You're kind and reasonable. Why can't everyone else see things the way we do?
R'hin: Stranger. Big smart old guy. You're interesting. Different. You're not the same. Go between, you old jackass.
Edyis: Friend. Confidante. You're too serious sometimes. I'm going to make sure you live a little.
Lycinea: Friend. Sister-figure. We can do great things, between you and I.
H'vier: Hot guy. Big hairy old guy. You think you're good at picking up chicks. It's cute.
Weylaughn: Uncertain. Idiotic holder guy. You can't change things. Just accept what is.
Z'riah: Not-my-friend. Annoying hot guy. You may be good looking, but you're so annoying.

I Am A: Chaotic Evil Elf Ranger (2nd Level)
Ability Scores:
Strength-8
Dexterity-8
Constitution-10
Intelligence-11
Wisdom-10
Charisma-16
Alignment:
Chaotic Evil A chaotic evil character does whatever his greed, hatred, and lust for destruction drive him to do. He is hot-tempered, vicious, arbitrarily violent, and unpredictable. If he is simply out for whatever he can get, he is ruthless and brutal. If he is committed to the spread of evil and chaos, he is even worse. Thankfully, his plans are haphazard, and any groups he joins or forms are poorly organized. Typically, chaotic evil people can be made to work together only by force, and their leader lasts only as long as he can thwart attempts to topple or assassinate him. Chaotic evil is sometimes called demonic because demons are the epitome of chaotic evil. Chaotic evil is the best alignment you can be because combines self-interest and pure freedom. However, chaotic evil can be a dangerous alignment because it represents the destruction not only of beauty and life but also of the order on which beauty and life depend.
Race:
Elves are known for their poetry, song, and magical arts, but when danger threatens they show great skill with weapons and strategy. Elves can live to be over 700 years old and, by human standards, are slow to make friends and enemies, and even slower to forget them. Elves are slim and stand 4.5 to 5.5 feet tall. They have no facial or body hair, prefer comfortable clothes, and possess unearthly grace. Many others races find them hauntingly beautiful.
Class:
Rangers are skilled stalkers and hunters who make their home in the woods. Their martial skill is nearly the equal of the fighter, but they lack the latter's dedication to the craft of fighting. Instead, the ranger focuses his skills and training on a specific enemy a type of creature he bears a vengeful grudge against and hunts above all others. Rangers often accept the role of protector, aiding those who live in or travel through the woods. His skills allow him to move quietly and stick to the shadows, especially in natural settings, and he also has special knowledge of certain types of creatures. Finally, an experienced ranger has such a tie to nature that he can actually draw on natural power to cast divine spells, much as a druid does, and like a druid he is often accompanied by animal companions. A ranger's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that he can cast.
